Customers may opt in by checking the SMS consent box while booking an appointment, submitting a booking request, or providing consent directly to the business.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, booking updates, rebooking follow-ups, and support messages.
Message frequency varies by booking activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS/text messages.
Reply HELP for support.
Phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold.
